The masonry is almost all in place. The masons are just finishing up a few items before getting ready to power wash.

Inside the units on the top floor are getting tile and counter tops in kitchens and bathrooms.

The top floor east facing units are finally getting storefront. The frames are mostly in and the views are spectacular.
