The Broadstone Voss, in Houston, Texas is a 290 unit, wood-frame with wrapped parking deck.  Completed at a prior firm, this project employed movable privacy shades on the western elevation to help mitigate the strong summer Texas sun and made use of a corrugated panels oriented in a woven pattern to provide visual interest.
