Construction of the King Street Apartments recently kicked off. The existing structures have been removed and the site has been cleared and prepared for the foundation. The forms for the perimeter foundation and the elevator are currently being formed and the rebar placed.

Above is a view of the foundation form work from the south east corner of the building. Rebar is still being placed for the east portion of the perimeter footing.
