They’ve started with the brick on the north side of the building. You can see the nice straight edge on the east for a control / expansion joint. Next they’ll move to the west, then south. They are keeping the east face for last since we have something special planned for that masonry.

We haven’t shown much of what is happening inside. It is safe to say they’ve been doing a lot. The ceilings are insulated with resilient channel in place. The walls have sound batting too. The orange lines are for the sprinklers. Wiring has been run and boxes place. You can also see the house panel.

Meanwhile in another part of the building we can see the hot and cold water distribution. Also seen here is plently of ducting for the HVAC. More wiring and boxes for the lights.
