This is always an interesting time of the project. On the lowest floor we have plenty of exposed framing, wiring, plumbing – you name it.

On the top floor the rooms are rocked, primed and textured. Even the base trim is in place. Many of the units also have doors.

They’ve made it around to the south side for brick. Once the fire department finalizes the approval of the FDC location they’ll get the stair tower bricked. In the meantime we’ve had the east facing brick mocked up and worked out a few kinks with the mason. It’s always nice to have a construction team the is open to new ideas and willing to help get the design just right.
