MUES has launched a design+build component to our firm.  With 738 Tennyson, we are acting as developer, architect and contractor.  It started with our purchase of a vacant lot in Villa Park nearby to the newly opened Perry Street light rail station.  We are currently wrapping up the construction documents and will submit for permit over the next few weeks.  With construction slated to begin in the late summer, MUES will list the property for sale around Christmas.
