If at first you don’t succeed, try again.
The redevelopment process sometimes takes twists and turns. After gathering some initial feedback we developed a scheme to redevelop a corner property in Denver.
While those initial ideas where well received, the community offered some feedback. As a result, those insightful comment where incorporated into a revised appearance for the building. Especially relevant is that the core of the project remain. We’ve just updated the look.
The neighbors prefer that the building address the intersection in a slightly different manner. As a result, we placed more occupied space at the corner. This also shifts the entry to the office level towards the center of the building.
We always like to present a concept that we believe our clients and other stakeholders will love. If they don’t love it we incorporate their feedback and refine the approach. This is part of core ethos. Which is to develop great architecture and solutions that are novel and unexpected. At the same time, we incorporate feedback in such a manner that not only does the solution fit your needs, but also surprises you in a positive and unexpected manner.
